Kriebel & Associates is a real estate consulting firm providing development and construction process management to property owners, developers, lenders, designers, and contractors in the San Francisco/San Jose/Oakland Bay Area.

With over 30 years of experience in all types of real estate, Kriebel & Associates is uniquely qualified to provide superior service to its clients. We engage in projects of varying length and scope, and maintain a wide network of industry experts and consultants to provide additional resources where required.

Biographical Sketch

Fred Kriebel, LEED AP® is a senior building executive with over 30 years of experience in the planning, design, and construction of commercial, tenant improvement, multi-family, medical, and institutional real estate projects in the San Francisco Bay Area.

His diverse background across all types of real estate products and structures, from high-rise structural steel to multi-family wood framing, has contributed to his strong technical knowledge and thorough mastery of the overall building process.

Fred has acquired special expertise in green architecture principles and implementation.

He has served in a variety of executive capacities for some of the San Francisco Bay Area’s most prominent building developers, owners, and contractors, including:

• Vice President, The Irvine Company
• Senior Director of Corporate Architecture and Construction, GAP, Inc.
• Regional Manager, Swinerton Builders
• Superintendent and Project Engineer, Turner Construction

Fred currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Housing Industry Foundation (www.HIFinfo.org), a non-profit organization focused on providing stable housing for at-risk families and individuals. He has served in various capacities with many other building professional associations.

Fred is a graduate of Dartmouth College (B.A.) and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth.
